How to: Create a Cathexis Partners account for Portal Pro integrations with Luminate Online

Account Creation for Cathexis Partners

 

 

  1. Log in to Luminate Online, and navigate to the Constituents page:

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Click "Add Administrator":

 

 

 

 

 

 

  1. Enter the following Biographical Information:

○      First Name: Cathexis

○      Last Name: Partners

○      User Name: cpartners

○      Password: Convio01

○      Email: cpadmin@cathexispartners.com

  1. Check the "Is Company" box and click Save:

 

  1. On the next screen, click the Groups Tab:

  1. Next, click "Edit Group Membership"






  1. In the next pop-up window, click the Advanced Site Admins box in the left hand side, then click to select "Advanced Site Administrators". It will appear in the Selected column to the right. Then click Save:

 

 

  1. If you do not see the Advanced Site Administrators group type, scroll down and select Site Administrators from the Site Admins group type instead, then click Save. Otherwise skip this step:

 

 

Account setup is now complete!
