How to add multiple users to your account

HEPdata is excited to offer a new user authentication experience!  Under the new authentication system every user will have their own unique login credentials.  For many of you, this will mean you need to request additional email addresses be given a login. By filling out a short form that lists the user's and their email address, they too can have their own username and password. 

Import to note: any account must first complete the migration setup for the primary email before additional user can be added.  The steps for migrating are listed here:
  • Beginning the week of Nov 16th, we will be upgrading eMatch Portal and GiftPlus Online to use your email address instead of your username. You will have to complete a simple migration process in order to continue to use these solutions. This guided process will be prompted upon login in to your existing product(s).
  • Once you have successfully logged in to your software, please bookmark the new URL, as this has changed.
  • For shared logins: please fill out this form: https://www.hepdata.com/request-additional-users to request that your email be added to your organization’s HEPdata account.
That's it! Once you've followed the migration steps and sent any additional emails, the additional emails will receive a notification with their own steps to set a password and login.
